Engage and Advance High Potentials with Acumen Capacity Index (ACI)
Understand How Your Team Analyzes And Processes Information
Leverage The Power of Axiology to Measure Capacity With ACI
Axiology refers to the study of the nature of value and valuation. It explores how people interact with the world and how they see their value in the world.
Make Better, More Balanced Decisions
By understanding your thinking style and pinpointing emotional blind spots, an individual’s decision-making abilities improve significantly. The sophistication of ACI provides extraordinary results in four usage categories:
Hiring Right
ACI helps reveal an individual’s worldview/self-view, priorities, and capacities. It’s incredibly helpful in the hiring process, especially for executive roles and upper-level positions.
View case studies under the Hiring Right category.
Defining Job Roles
When you consider the requirements of a position, ACI can help to highlight areas where a person may be well aligned for the role, and can also highlight areas that may be a struggle for the individual.
Personal Development
This will allow for developing a customized plan to help each person be successful based on their position needs and their own capacities, strengths, and weaknesses.
Management Coaching
ACI is a great tool for professional development — it provides a roadmap of where to begin working with an individual based on their strengths and where they may have blind spots that may not allow them to see the world or themselves from a realistic or unemotional perspective.
ACI Is The Preferred Tool For Recruiters, Talent Consultants, HR
you are never going to solve a true ‘people problem’ using processes or technology alone until you understand or define the problem.

Acumen Capacity Index Origin
Axiology was pioneered by Nobel Peace Prize nominee, Robert S. Hartman, a philosopher, professor, businessman, and founder of the Hartman Institute. A partnership with Hartman in the early 2000s led to the creation of the Acumen Capacity Index developed by TTI SI.
